Also, every unsaved person is the child of transgression and sin, which means a child of Satan. That is a strong term but it is definitely true, hence the need for mankind to be “born again” (Jn. 3:3). Considering that unconverted man has an evil nature within him, he automatically strikes out in one way or the other at those who have accepted Christ, which is the very opposite of this evil nature. Admittedly, some strike out more than others, but the opposition is in the heart of all who are unsaved.
